It's good to be reminded what we can do if we want to!
I wanted to let you all know that I've been to the first day of a 3 day
conference today, and lived to tell about it! A lot of walking and carrying
course syllabus (20#) and I invested in a luggage carrier-roller-thingie. I
reccommend them!
Also wanted to tell you that I've started swimming and nautilus at the
local "Y". I move a little more slowly, and sometimes my swimming is just
leg kicking, but it feels great! I must say IVIG did well for me.
Happy day, all!
