I know physical therapy exercises help with mobility and building strength. I
don't know if it would help with tingling -- it might, I just don't remember
hearing or reading anything along those lines. If I remember correctly, it
seems like I experienced the most tingling in one knee when I was trying to
use it more. But it has subsided over time. Still flares up occasionally, but
not nearly as badly as it was.
Also, I think the problems Gunny mentioned about being slumped over pertain to
people who are slumped over all the time -- I don't think it would be so much
a problem for just a little while for the exercise you were talking about. I
don't know for sure -- it might be something to ask about.
