Hi Nancy,
It sounds like your therapist is taking a cautious,conservative approach in
treating you. That's good. Lerhmitt's,given time,sometimes cures itself.
Physical therapy is always beneficial. I think once a person knows the correct
strength and posture exercises,they could continue them at home and more
frequently. For L'Hermittes, I stretched my spine by hanging from an overhead
bar .I started hanging for just a few seconds each day and increased hangtime
and the number of times daily. I don't have the L'Hermittes anymore.
