I don't have any answers for you, although I have had many pinched nerves in
my back that have caused much pain. I have heard that a herniated disk is
very painful. I only know that I would avoid having the back surgery as best
I could and look for other alternatives. I just wanted to let you know that
I'll be thinking about you and you are in my prayers. Hope you can conquer
the pain soon.
