My hands were numb for almost up to two years and my feet "buzzed" for a
couple of years more. It's been eight years since I was diagnosed with tm
and I wish I'd kept a journal so I could share how my recovery progressed.
For a long time when I would stand up or get out of bed, everything was
jerky. I felt like the tinman before the oil can. Even now that I have
very few symptoms, if I get really fatigued that jerkiness will hit me.
Patience and rest and lots of luck and don't give up on hope. Mimi
