Greetings; I had no discerible virus, [illness] preceding my onset of

there is always something virus, foreign travel, cancer, broken bones,
vacinations, stress whaterve preceding tm. But I believe statistic wise,
if you get something like 32 people in a room, two of them will have the
same birthday. I for one am going to fill out my questionare from the
