Greetings:

Bought a can of tennis balls today, did the sock business. I must admit that
today was the first time I've had relief, although brief, from the back pain
I've had for three months.

My neuro said it was a GP problem not related to the TM. I knew better
because it was right at T-7 where I know there is a "lession". I told my GP
that it felt like someone had "rabbit punched" me in the back, and that it
was always sore. She couldn't give me an explination either. Your
explination made sense to me.

Yes, it does hurt, but the relief is blessed ! I really agree with you that
we tend to store tension. Guess I'll have to take my new "balls" to work
with me.

Thanks much for the info. I used to do tai chai regurally, but since I
can't really feel my toes, it's been difficult doing the movements. I use
the movements I can, not involving balancing on one foot, and have found
that a tape(vidieo) that I had for seniors(not yet thank you) was really great.

There's alot to be said for keeping moving. Those of us who can walk must
keep up with maintaining what we have. I find sitting to be the worst
position I can
handle. Working for the Post Office, I don't sit often!
