As far as my interest in TM/MS is that I had TM 34 years ago at age 7 and now
at age 41 it looks like that I have MS. For the past 4 years I have exhibited
MS symptoms and have been to 4 different neurologists (due to mooving, change
of insurance companies, and a second opinion). One of the neurologists
claimed that I probably had MS as a kid which lead to TM and now MS. What
makes my case difficult is that nothing is showing up in the MRI or in the
spinal fluid. But the doctors tell me that I have all the classic symtoms.
One of the articles that I referenced to in the early stages of this list
claims that there are cases of TM that later display signs of "MS" like
syptoms. For me that is the connection and interest in MS. I will be starting
with a new neurologist in January due to a change in health insurance.
Luckily, he is a MS specialist and will be the director of a new MS clinic
that will be opening. Hopefully he will be able to shed some light on my
situation.
I started a new pain medication last night. I have been having a lot of
trouble with my equilabrium and that has me very worried. Also, been having
trouble with my hands, walking, pain all over my body, and wicked headaches.
The frequency and duration of each episode is getting closer and I now have
serveral "attacks" each day. It is making life difficult.
I thank you all for listening to my story and you all are in my prayers.
