Errols walking etc.

Well folks just a quick update on the walking. Last weekend, Saturday 17
October, visiting my parents about 150 miles north west of here near where
the Famous Kingaroy Peanuts grow, I did a one and a half kilometer walk
about their little town, darn hot day , but the first time I have walked
that area nearly five years. Boy what a great feeling. This weekend, no
outside walking, raining so I am walking on my air walker and using
exercise bike and a flex band. All great fun, I am really enjoying this.
