Welcome Mark! I don't post very often anymore.... Anyway, I was dxed with TM
in Sept. of 97, and then with MS in May of 98. After seeing what so many of
my fellow TMers went through I often felt guilty for posting about my
problems--which certainly didn't compare to most of theirs. I always called
myself "one of the lucky ones" because I had never been hospitalized or
paralyzed. I had read that the people who have milder TM symptoms are more
likely to be dxed down the road with MS. I did a lot of research online and
had pretty much decided that I did have MS, so it was a relief to finally get
the diagnosis. LOL... There are some really wonderful people on this list and
I know you'll get a lot of support from them. Even though I technically don't
belong anymore because I now have been dxed with MS, they have continued to
welcome me to the list. Many of my problems are the same as the problems
facing those with TM. Good luck and write me if you want.
