The problem as I now know it is that some people use computer servers that are
not theirs, and even though they may not open the unrelated TM e-mail, their
computer-serves still stores the information on the hard drive for forwarding
to the company net recipient. This is kinda like Lubin's server that sends
the e-mail to us and any item sent through it gets permanently stored and
takes up valuable hard drive storage space.

We each like to communicate back and forth and love to cheer each other up
maybe with inspirations, kisses, thoughtful cards, etc: Remember, that all
that takes up storage on not only Lubin's hard drive, but the hard drive of
those that use intra company net servers as well - also, mine because I store
them for long periods of time before "cleaning house".

Matters that are also forwarded to the LIST also takes up a lot of drive space
because it also includes all the sources that were used in forwarding the
mail. I recommend not forwarding mail, but copying it and pasting it in the
body of the e-mail to the LIST.

I would place hyper links or web addresses to my "FYI" stuff, but most of it
is not accessible to you as you have to be a source member and the addresses
will not work, otherwise I would be able to save drive-server space also by
doing that.

Ann is being given the privilege of using her company computer intra net
server to communicate with the LIST, and all mail if permanently stored on it,
taking up drive space. I also know that some others on the LIST also use
their employer's computer to access the LIST because they do not have a
personal computer.

Resolution?????

May we not sent non-related material to the LIST, but to personally those of
us that we think would otherwise be able to enjoy the subjects, and not cause
the others that have a privilege of their employer to access the LIST who do
not wish to abuse that valuable privilege? I think this would best serve us
all for the purpose we are here...HERE I GO, AGAIN, THINKING!!!!!!!
