I am taking 4-AP. I just had my family doctor send a prescription to the
doctor for me. I have contacted the people who did the first study and had all
the information to give him concerning side effects, etc. so that he would
feel more comfortable ordering it for me. I did speak to a Physiatrist in
Florida (just left there). He knew all about the study, but was hesitant to
order it for me. So you might ask your Physiatrist. If he would order it for
you, it would be great. I would like to see the Spinal/Rehab community of
doctors embrace this. I use Medical Park Pharmacy 800-627-6337. They will
work with any doctor. I like their 4AP compound the best so far. I tried the
compound from TRIAD because it gave me terrible heartburn and so many stomach
problems. The Medical Park compound does cause some pain, but the pain is in
the areas where I am getting return. I have been injured 20 years and have
gotten some return just due to the natural nerve growth over the years.
I also am on a patient notification list. I forget the web site address, but
I will look for you later today and send it to you. They notify you of any
studies going on where they need participants.
As far as Spinal Studies go, I don't know if they post those or not, as there
are so many of us wanting in. I just keep looking to see.
