Debby - You came to the right place. There are a ton of TMers here. If
you look on the website, you should be able to find a lot of our
stories. My docs told me that the most improvement comes in the first
18 to 24 months, and more gradual improvement can continue after that.
You're doing well - don't lose hope. Some of the people in this group
have had complete or near complete recovery, others are quadrapalegic or
parapeligic. Most of us are somewhere in the middle. The fact that you
are walking is very good. Hang in there and welcome to the group.
