Beth,
Well a BIG hello and welcome to the list! So glad you found us. It is nice to
see that you still have a great sense of humor as you will see it help you
tremendously. Learning to be positive is half the battle.
I am fairly new to the list myself but I do have a couple hints about
Prednisone. Take it with food. I found that if I did not take it with food, at
least some crackers or if i couldn't eat I took it with milk, I didn't have so
much tummy upset.
Didn't experience any weight gain, actually lost weight but I was up ALL night
long so I took advantage of doing things like housework, overdue paperwork,
crafts, etc.
I also am affected a C5-6 so I understand your pain, as we all do. You have
found a GREAT group of people with a wealth of information and a ton of
support.
Anything on your mind, ask away!
