RE: Rx Drugs HELP!

Hi all,
has anyone had a reaction to the drug Baclofen?. My 12 year old niece
starting taking it last Friday and her legs have a slight rash on them
now. But, before taking this drug she found a couple of lumps behind
both her ears in the same spot on either side of her head, that kind of
feel like marbles under her skin. She was put in hospital and had a
series of blood tests and what not, and all they put it down to was
'some kind of virus' - yeh, we've heard that one before! She was put on
the Baclofen the same day she was admitted to hospital so we know the
lumps are not caused from this drug, however the rash came out a few
days later so we aren't sure if this is a reaction to the Baclofen, or
part of this so called virus causing the lumps. Any input you have on
this drug is much appreciated... I'm not too keen on a young child
having to take such things.

Thanks and regards,
Kathy (Newcastle, Australia)
