Errol, Bravo!! Bravo!! What a wonderful way to
spend a Sunday afternoon, and then to have visitors
too. It make's my Sunday brighter already, and it is cloudy
here in Oklahoma. You bring back memories of when I was
still working with my home care pt. He had taught me how
to walk on my treadmill to get the walk 'right' and we were
outside walking first on the walkway, then on the uneven ter-
rain. He said--be sure that when you take your walks you
walk 1/2 as far as you want to go--cause you have to walk
back!! And what did I do for my first 'show-off' walk with Frank??
you guessed it, the distance I wanted to go--only because I had
my four prong cane along for the road(wasn't using it!) and Frank
could run for a nearby lawn chair did I avoid going to the ground.
We laughed until we cried when I remembered to tell him what
the pt had warned. As I've said, laughter has carried us through
much of the hard stuff! I've got a great story of our putting flowers
on the graves for Memorial Day just one month from the onset of
tm...Again, congratulations Errol. Keep up the good work!!
