Deborah,

What type of supplements do you take? I found some information on MS, and
based on that, have been taking primrose oil (that has concentrated GLA), a B
complex (with B12), and choline and inosotol. I don't know if they are
working or not, but I figure it cannot hurt. I have also done 2 sessions with
acupunture since Sat (26th). The accupuncturist also did coping. Coping uses
glass balls about 3" in diameter that have a mouth on one side. The air is
heated inside and they are placed on your skin. When the air cools, it
contracts, creating a suction. I think it is supposed to help circulation.
The sessions seem to have helped some. The numbness and tingling in my arms
had (notice the past tense) almost disappeared, and had gotten much better in
my legs. However, I did notice last night my legs were bothering me again as
much as before, and as I sit here and type, my right leg and right arm are
both tingling (and I suspect will start getting numb). I go again tonight.
Maybe the improvement was just a fluke!

Thanks for your help.

Nancy
