Did they administer any steroids to your husband after they found he had a
swollen spinal cord. Also, yo did not indicate exactly when this occurred?
Most swollen spinal cords, after swelling is gone, return most if not all body
function. It might take time and a lot of work on your husband's and your
part.
Someone here should know a DR or other assistance out in your area.
