You might try baclofin on a PRN basis. My Rehab DR said I could use it and
increase dosage as needed or reduce as not needed. I don't use it, but I
remember his saying that. I have a few bottles left as well as levsin for
bladder spasms-Ididn't like its list of possible side effects, it sounded like
it would do more harm than good, if anything went wrong. LOL
