Great going Errol , It really builds the confidence when you can
accomplish things like that. Keep at it and try to increase the distance
each day if only by ten steps.

I got all firied up by Gunny.s walk after swimming so went to the
Athletic Club today and exercised in the water for nearly half an hour.
I stiff and sore now. I don't know how it will be tonight. Gunny we are
all out to catch up with you.

Well just thought I'd let you know that I managed my best walking effort
this morning Sunday 27 Setptmber 1998. Managed to go from my house up the
hill to the main road corner about 300 yards, down the main road 400 yards
and back 400 yards, about 400 yards the other direction and back again then
back home and with resting not sitting down wandered around the yard at home
for a while. In all on my feet for just over two hours. May have stiff
legs tomorrow, but I was quite excited with my effort.
