Have you written or taken this issue to the mayor or the City Council? Also,
try a new editor there locally to jump on your "Band wagon" It should be a
very interesting subject for some editor. Subject: "Disabled Person Ticked
For Street Sweeper While At Doctors' For Treatment" or some such. Also, you
might try contacting the U.S. Attorney's General Office there to see if the
City is violating the ADA

The ACLU might be interested in your Case.

One other suggestion might be to plead not guilty, ask for a trial by jury.
That always upsets the mechanism for the City Attorney and the judicial system
having to try a parking ticket. That works here in Houston, sometimes.
