Hi everyone. My name is Susan D., I live in California and am 43 years old.
I was diagnosed with tm in August but had symptoms since June 2.
Unfortunately, I just ran into one incompetent dr after another until I
finally got to a neurologist. MRI shows an inflammatory lesion at C5-C6.
Both feet are tingly and sometimes my left fingers. I can walk much better
now than in June and want to go back to work soon. But the neuro wants to
see if I have MS so a brain MRI is scheduled next week. And I have
intermittant trouble with my vision so a visual evoked potential test is
also scheduled soon. Does anyone know anything about this test and vision
problems associated with tm?
I'd appreciate any info than anyone has. I'm glad I found this group. I
don't feel so alone now. I do have a wonderful husband and 3 kids, and
supportive friends but you know you still feel like you're all alone in
this. Thanks.
