Hi Gerald,
Regarding curly toes, here's my thought. My feet, the arches in the beginning
of TM felt like they were being tugged at all the time, a tight pull feeling,
like the tendons were being shortened. It was very annoying. What I did for
this and it helped me, was to hold on to the back of a chair and go up and down
on my tip toes to stretch my feet. And on the bed I would sit with my legs
straight out and pull my toes towards me. I did do this faithfully and now my
feet have relaxed. Maybe the same will work for yours toes.
I am with the rest of the great people here. I wouldn't do anything (cutting)
until you see where this road brings you. The walk always changes with us.

My best to you, Deborah
