Oh shucks... guys... thanks!!!!....But we all deserve BIG pats on the
backs!!!!! All of us!!!!! Especially Jim!!!! My hero!!!!
This list has become a lifeline for me...finally, I have found others who can
"relate" to my experiences, and this means the difference between a day
without understanding... and a day where I finally "see the light".... and
can be understood.
Nothing worse than, "the light is on... and nobody is home...." A blonde
joke...I've heard for years... LOL ... But, for me...I finally feel as if the
light is on,... and I understand sooooooo much more..." I understand more
about why I experience what I experience.... But, the best part of all of this
is... Now I can share with my docs what I have learned....before they had
nothing to compare me too.. Except for alot of conjecture, and old papers
passed between neuros...Now I found you.... and it is WONDERFUL!!!! Imagine,
us educating our doctors...?! Amazing! Who would've thought?! Let's hope
some are truely listening....
It is nice to know (but sad too...) that others have shared in many of our
ailments... There is nothing worse than feeling alone, and alienated from the
world, with no one who understands... Because thru some strange twist of fate,
we are one of a handful of people who have to convince medical society... and
unbelieving close friends and family....that we are genuinely suffering from
something that they don't understand... A scary, threatening thing to deal
with in an already crazy, fast paced, selfish world...
{{{{{{{{BIG HUGS}}}}}}}} to all of you!!!!!
Janie
