Bean-bag type hot pad

Barbara, we have one of those bags. It's just a flannel bag with about 1
pound of white rice in it. With that amount of rice the instructions say
to heat it in the microwave for 1 or 2 minutes to heat up the rice and
then use it as a heating pad. It seems to work great, I just haven't used
it this summer because I can't seem to get cool enough. Will try it again
when the weather gets cold. Hope this helps. Roger P :-)
