Hello Barbara and all,

Here is a warm/cool bag I have used, it is good.
Or you can make by yourself:-

1. Make a bag by cotton.
2. Put some dry maize inside and close the bag.
3. Put it in the microwave to heat up 2 mins.

I also have this one, it can use for a cool bag.
