Dear Ashley
My little girl was struck by TM in October last year. She was at a
birthday party and fell, and has never walked since. She is
paralyzed from the hips down. She is 10 years old, in the fifth
grade, and is a beautiful, bright child, as I'll bet you are! It's
been really tough for us because our lives have changed a lot since
this happened. Please let me know what your symptoms are from this
disease, and we can talk more. Also, I'm sure Claire would like to
talk to you as well. Where do you live? Are you still in the
hospital? She was in for 4 weeks. I look forward to hearing from
