Gunny,
If he would like, I will send him a copy of the summarization of my initial
hospitalization in 1971.
I also have records for my hospitalization at Mass General in 1978 and the
results of all the tests that were done. Dr. Raymond Adams, Chief of
Neurology was the doctor and Dr. Edwin Zalneraitis was the resident who was
assigned to me.
