Hi Kim,
My name is Joel and I had TM two years ago this month. When you have TM
it goes away, but what you have after are the affects from TM. Because
you have regained walking in such a short time, you will probably get
better. It is however, a very slow recovery time when someone has been
hit with TM. I have regained 90o/o of my capabilities, but I have a lot
of freeze/burn pain which meds don't help me. I have been getting better
with it, but very little at a time. It seems like forever, and I call it
"winning the lottery from Hell, but DETERMINATION is the answer, at least
it seems to be for me. All of us have been hit differently and some
similar, but we each have our own pace at recovery, if you are one of the
lucky ones. You are in the right place, for this list is filled with many
kind and wonderful people.
I am in California, so if you are here, I can share my address and phone
number.
Take care and be determined.
Best Wishes,
Joel
