Hi Sharon...
I noted that you regained balance at higher elevations... This is
fascinating...I visited a tiny mountain village about 30 minutes from my home
(about the same level as Prescott AZ) a couple weeks ago and remember my gait
was steadier than usual... But, I must admit, I was extremely rested, and was
only in the higher elevations for a few hours, so I can't really say that it
was the change in elevation. But this makes me want to experiment some more
with this....Will have to let you know....

But I did have a question about cool conditions/hot conditions....Has anyone
had problems with 20-30 degree temperature change and a relapse of TM? Or has
summer/winter brought more problems with loss of feeling? One summer, I was
outside in the shade (it was 105 degrees) when I went inside, it was 70, later
that day I was paralyzed.... On Christmas Eve a few years later, it was just
the opposite, COLD outside and warm inside....Lost my legs while sitting in
church... Walked in... had to be carried out...

Now, where ever I go, I carry a lap blanket, my coleman heater, sweaters,
unbrella, etc, and try to keep my constant conditions at 70-80 degrees year-
round.... I also NEVER go outdoors when it is over 90+ degrees, unless it is a
dire emergency...And ALWAYS, ALWAYS carry my handy bottle of Prednisone, in
case of extreme change of conditions and that funny electrical feeling that is
the precurser to real serious problems.

If anyone has experienced this type of thing, I would be VERY interested!!!!
Here's hoping everyone has a WONDERFUL week ahead!!!!! τΏτ
