Hey,Jan
That has happened several times to me!! I thought I had slept wrong. This has
brought some relief: Get up,walk a few steps. Then stretch the back of that
leg 's muscles like this:Stand a few feet from the wall with your sore leg
back (and straight) and good leg forwards.Reach forward with good leg knee
bent and lean forward, placing hands on wall.on wall. It will slightly bend
the toes of your sore leg and pull the muscle tight. Be gentle!! Ease forward
until it is pulled tight and then it may relax.(You may need to do this a
couple of times) I follow by laying flat on my back in bed, deliberately
concentrating on relaxing the leg muscle or keeping it relaxed. It should help
fall back to sleep! I had that happen 4 times night before last and had to
teach the next day ARUGH!!!! My leg was sore!!! Let me know if it helps or
you find a better solution. {Perhaps we need more Baclofen(???) Love, Karen
