Jan ~
This happens to me quite a bit...especially with my leg that was
paralyzed first.
I'm always sore the next day.
I keep hoping it's nerves waking up or something.

Hello gang,
Has anybody ever had this happen to them? I
was awakened by an 'electric' feeling in my leg
which at the time was the bottom leg as I slept
on my side. Previously, this had occurred once
and I relieved the feeling by changing positions.
This time, there was no relief! I felt as if I had a
'live' wire running from the waist to the toes and
it would not go away in any position. Today my
lower back and the left leg are very sore.
Any answers??? JanH
