Jo Ellen, you sure replied in a hurry. That burning pain is really a
problem to try to cope with. My neuro. has me on three hundred mg
capsules three times a day. I try to take it as close to every eight
hours a possible. I had to build up to what I now take. I began with
one at a time. There are some side effects that with time they
disappear. For short term help I have used Aspercreme lotion and it will
help relieve the pain. My pain is from between my shoulder blades to my
feet so I need my wife to help me.
