Dear Barbara:

I, too, have had and have the same problem on my right lower lip and right
side of my tongue, just feeling numb with a slight tingle. I blamed it on a
real bad tooth and gum infection which involved that particular nerve also,
and it never seemed to get 100% well after the infected tooth and gums were
well. I now think it is also related to TM somehow. It does seem to come and
go, though.
