Hi all~
Have had a couple of problems lately that may not at all be connected to TM,
but thought I'd toss the questions out there and compare notes.
1) For a number of weeks my tongue has almost felt too big for my mouth -- I
keep accidently biting the side of it and it seems to get in the way when I
talk. The only problem I have had with it since TM, until now, is a buzzing
sensation sometimes. Anyone else experience anything like it? The TM-
connected
possibility that comes to my mind is a loss of muscle tone there -- think
that
is a possibility?
2) For the past few days have experienced very strong but not constant pain
in
my teeth, sometimes spreading to gums, jaw and cheeks. I'm calling the
dentist
tomorrow. My husband thinks it may be sinus-related. If it is not either of
those problems, could it be another example of nerve's misdirected impulses?
Thanks for your help!

Hi Barbara,
A couple of times,I also had the swollen tongue symptom. It came and went on
both occassions. I have no idea why. It probably is related to the CNS but not
tm and not a tone problem.
I agree with your husband about the pain in teeth, jaw, etc being sinus
related or even maybe a tooth nerve iritation.
