To Kim and Phil, and All:
I wonder is the hand control normally used for the brake and accelerator on
automatic transmission vehicles could not be modified to attach to the clutch
on a standard and the driver could use his/her hand to activate the
clutch?????
From looking at mine in my van, it appears that this would not be that
difficult to modify. The only thing is that they cost, as I recall, about
$650.00 installed.

Hi Bob,
You're more familiar with the production hand controls than I am. I cringe
at the thought of modifying a $650.00 control apparatus when my thinking tells
me the servo or mechanisms in use would maybe not afford the necessary travel
or speed of operations to utilize a clutch peddle. You're correct,it can be
done,but maybe cost prohibitive. It would be interesting to know what make of
car Kim has. This would also make a difference.
