We don't have a van. Bill still just transfers into a car on a
transfer board - kind of slides over. I have an oldsmobile, an older
one, and he can get in there okay. We kind of slide the seat way back.
I have to park so that he's going downhill when he transfers. There are
various services that can be called but they all have rules about what
age you can be, what neighborhood, where you are allowed to go, and so
forth, so we just go with the car. Sometimes it's not the best, but we
get by. I hope you can come up with a van---that would be great!
