So far I have had good news from three people!! :)
Now girls....for some more good news that I hadn't told you yet.....(I
was waiting to make sure it worked for someone besides me).........
It worked so well for me that I haven't had to take any for probably two
or three months now!!!!!
Karen, you did exactly the right thing....waited until your colon was
clean and then started on the stool softeners!!
Janie be sure you do the same.
I'm out of here for the day....but first I'm going to stop out front and
hang my SHINGLE!!!!! LOL!!!!!!

Dear Lynn and all,
I used Cascara Sagrada yesterday for the first time, and was disappointed 6
1/2 hours later when no results occurred. I tried it again and like the day
before thought results were pending but the lack of muscle strength or
whatever brought further failure. I was about ready to resign myself when I
got the idea to help it along with a glycerin suppository and within 3 minutes
or less I had complete relief!!! This has been a celebration for me because I
usually have much grief for days and days. I didn't have the same results you
did but it was the best results I've had in months! I did not have
uncomfortable cramps or accidents- just relief. I am so hopeful that as my
system gets accustomed to being "normal," I won't have to have the extra
help!!! If this continues, I probably can teach without the worry of an
accident or pain from constipation. Even if it never worked again, the joy it
brought for this week was worth it! Thanx for sharing, Lynn! Friends

PS I remembered your note to use 2 stool softeners a day also and made sure I
started all the softeners after having an unblocked colon.
