Hi All... Well... Unfortunately, I don't have much to report... How do I
say
this nicely.. Christmas hasn't arrived in this household yet.. and Santa
hasn't climbed down the chimney...LOL.... How is that for being specific?
τΏτ When we are talking about this kind of stuff.. ya just gotta have a
sense
of humor....
But, like I said before, my problems are very serious... so I don't expect
for
my body to respond immediately... I am drinking lots of fluid.. eating lots
of
fruit, veggies... and hope to see Santa soon...

I am sure that Santa will pleasantly surprise you with a nice "load" of
present down the chute. Don't forget to leave him some carrots and milk!

Forget the milk. Eat some yogurt, but make sure it has active cultures.
I can understand what you are going through. Before I got the baclofen
pump, I had a barium enema and my colon looked like a string of hot dogs.
Don't eat foods that will make you too gassy because that increases the
spasticity of the colon.
