I thought while opening my magic pill bottle, ["OK.. so I am excited..."]
that many of you may have been wondering, as I had... Exactly.. What is
Cascara Sagrada?! So, before I went to bed... I thought I'd let you know what
it says on the bottle.... Remember this is advertising...

Cascara Sagrada aged bark is harvested from a small tree native to the Pacific
Northwest. It was first introduced to Spanish explorers by Native Americans
during the Seventeenth century. The aged bark of the CS tree provides gentle
nutritional support for healthy colon function...

We have all seen the usual WARNING..."If you are under a physician's care...
etc." But the last line of the warning states..."Do not use this product
continuously for longer than 7 days..."

Directions for Adult Use only: 1 tablet once daily at bedtime as needed with
a full glass of water...

Lynn, I have one question... about that warning...Do you take this regularly,
for more than 7 days? And if so, have you had any problems with it.....I'm
sure that this will be a question that my doc will want answered...
Personally, I really don't care... as long as it works.. and provides me
another option... I can always skip some days... and intermix CS with my other
remedies.. and wala.. another remedy...

Thanks again.... Jane
