Karen,

>From my experience, the more I regained in
use of legs, feelings, etc. the more pain I gained.
There is a burning/freezing in the legs that inten-
sifies as recovery occurs. I am of the impression
that she is having some discomfort. For the long-
est time, (2 years) I have managed the pain with
ex. strength Tylenol. Just this summer I have had
to start on neuronton. My neuro said that the in-
tense summer heat is most likely the cause of the
additional discomfort and that many can go back
to what helped before when the weather cools. I'm
hoping that is the case for me.

Since Bridget is a twin, you have much to compare as
to growth and abilities. You also have a handful!! Know
that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are aware
that tm affects the family as well as the patient! You have
found a great support in this group. Welcome aboard.
