Have you tried Tylenol P.M.???
My sister has trouble sleeping and only one of those helps her sleep. I
took two one night and it knocked me out and I was groggy the next day.
One seems to work pretty well for most people.

P.S. The Baclofen gave me horrible headaches so I had to quit taking it.
I do take the Zanaflex...it really helps with the spasms....I take one
in the morning, one in the evening and one or two at bedtime because any
more than that and I can sleep all day!!

I take 80mg of baclafin per day and still use the zaniflex. I'm not
sure what the gram is but take 6 pills a day. When I first started with
the zaniflex, I did feel sleepier and I like it for then I slept for
about 6 or 7 hours straight and was a bit relaxed about an hour after
taking them in the day time. That only lasted a short time. I'm back
to sleeping only about 3 hours then up for a couple hours again. I can
sure tell when it is time for my next dose for the spasm start back very
bad and stay for an hour or so until the meds. kick in
