Since there has been some talk of alternative as to traditional. I would
like to share my info and thoughts.
I have had tm since 10/97 from the waist down. I did take steroids for
one month and working in hospitals for some time I know what can happen
if you stay with this program. I would shake on the steroids and chose
not to take them. My doctor offered other drugs which I chose not to
take.. I decided to seek out a holistic doctor. He has made a
difference in how I feel. We changed my eating habits, I take a variety
of supplements and herbs and I have had massage and polarity treatments
(which are energy related). I feel like a new person after the massage
and polarity treatments. I sleep better, which as you know is a
blessing. I have more energy due to my supplement and herb program.
This doctor is a wonderful counselor and very understanding and
supportive. He is constantly aware of my condition and will call to
discuss other possibilities.
This is patient specific, he will review and counsel each case
individually. I plan on healing, I keep moving even though sometimes I
don't want to. I just started water aerobics and feel free in the
water. I do walk, not very fast, but plan on it.
