Christine, I remember that the general opinion of the group was that swimming
was the best form of therapy. My brother has started s & really likes it. My
aunt recently had back surgery & her doctor told her to walk in a swimming
pool a couple times a week so she has been in ours every other morning. She
hasn't swam since high school but has been enjoying this therapy.
