Happy 4th!

I hope you all have a happy 4th of July (for those in the USA). Our small
town has a nice celebration starting in the afternoon, with fireworks at 9
p.m. We all sit on the football field and listen to bands, the kids play
games, there's a huge sand pile for the little kids. Since this is a small
town part of the fun is waving at everyone you know. LOL... It's cooled off
a little and is only going to be 108 they say. <grin> I have my bottles of
water frozen in the freezer so I'm as ready as I'll ever be I guess.....
I took my second Avonex shot last night--all by myself, without the nurse
standing by like last week. I did okay, but I got it a little too much to the
front of my thigh and it hurt a little after the needle was in to the hilt.
Next week I'll know better! I was a little achy and had minor chills early
morning but feel fine now.
