I registered TMA with the Amazon.com associates program. If you click on
the Amazon.com link on the main TMA page and order something, TMA will get
5% of total. If someone orders a specific book that is linked (currently
only Neuroimmunology for the Clinician, Multiple Sclerosis Fact Book, and
Multiple Sclerosis : New Hope and Practical Advice) TMA will get 15%. They
send a check when the total reaches $100, so this isn't a major way to get
money.
"Neuroimmunology for the Clinician" is one of the references Dr Lynn used
for the Transverse
Myelitis article. The link was added to the bottom of the article. If you
haven't checked the article recently, there are Medline links to the 2
other references. Hope that will help the people from other countries
especially who have been checking the web site.
