I am wondering if anyone has tried the Kava Kava instead of St, John's
Wort? I have been told that it helps you right away as opposed to the 4
to 6 weeks. I think the cost is about the same except that for now I'm
taking only 3 a day. I'm thinking of increasing it some.
I would like to mention about the problem that I have been having with
my toenails for a very long time now has gotten much worse. My GP had
told me that I have a thing called 'hammer nail' caused from not having
the lung copacity that is normal therefore not getting enough oxygen in
my bloodstream. I have been visiting with a new friend here and found
out that he had the same problem and had both his big toenail permently
removed. This is what I'll be having done on Tuesday. Has anyone else
had any problems like this?
Joellen, I have had the same feelings that you spoke of about dieing but
I just tell myself how I'm living this 'soap opera' called "Days of MY
Life" and I have to stick around and see what I do next!! I just love a
good comedy.
