Does anyone have a family that has a "dysfunctional autoimmune gene"? The
reason I ask is that my "older" sister(13 mo.--see P.S.) was just diagnosed
with MS.
My family:
Me: TM
Father: Leukemia
His sister: Hodgkin's Disease
Cousin: Hodgkin's Disease
Cousin: MS
Sister: MS
I was looking into autoimmune diseases and came upon this article,
"Vaccines alter risk of many autoimmune diseases". It can be found at

I still believe that my TM was caused by a flu shot. I had mononucleosis
about a month after and I believe that the mono lowered my immunity and the
flu vaccine took over.

P.S. When I tell people that she is my "older" sister, she responds with,
