Ross Systems Announces Three New Agreements
ATLANTA, June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading
supplier of business software solutions for the client/server market,
announced today several new agreements. Zeus Scientific, Inc. licensed Ross'
Renaissance CS(R) Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management
System. Zeus creates diagnostic test kits to aid in the diagnosis of auto-
antibody diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus (a potential
multisystem disorder), liver disease (hepatitis), thyroid diseases, infectious
diseases such as syphilis and toxoplasmosis (parasitic infection), herpes
simplex, and Legionnaires' disease. Zeus is located in Branchburg, New
Jersey.
The company also announced a new agreement with the Watts Health Foundation in
Inglewood, California. Watts Health Foundation is one of the most unique,
comprehensive providers of community-based health services in the country.
Its efforts are divided between community health and community outreach.
Watts Health licensed the Renaissance CS Application Suite.
In addition, Ross announced an expansion of an agreement with pharmaceutical
manufacturer Novopharm, Ltd. in Scarborough, Ontario.
The value of these agreements for software and services is in excess of
$1,000,000. No determination has been made as to when revenues associated
with these agreements will be recognized.
