Hi Y'all! Thanks for all of you who responded to my last posting.
Gunny - thanks for the exercises. I will try them tomorrow. I was busy
shopping today for some new clothes. Actually found a few that fits right.
I'm 36 today! Another year to be thankful for.
Phil - I hope the second opinion will reveal something that will be easier
to "fix".
But, if it still is TM, hey, I'll deal with it. I beat TB meningitis in
1987, was told I was a "gonner" but I'm still here. God has plans for me
and I'm not finished yet.
AL - I used to live in a small village outside of the Subic Naval Base. We
left there in 1978. What a coincidence. Sorry to hear about your having
TM. Isn't it great to have found this TM association on the net? Welcome
aboard. I'm pretty new too. Just found this last weekend.
Daze - hope the docs find something that can help you.
Dennis - welcome aboard.
Sandy - got the newsletter today. Thanks. I will make a copy of it and
give it to my family physician. I'm sure she will be interested in it. I
read part of it already - very impressive and informative. I might copy
parts of it to give to my mom. She still doesn't believe what the doctors
are saying. She thinks that if I just massage my leg every night that it
will be back to normal again. Maybe this will educate her some. She
thinks that cancer is probably something that is easy to fix if the doctors
just know what they're doing. :-) She's so pessimistic. Makes me crazy
sometimes.
Again, thanks everyone for your responses. It is great to hear everyone's
opinions and suggestions and experiences. Glad to have found this site.
I'll keep you posted on what happens on the second opinion stuff.
